What does 'In Stock' and 'Available to Order' mean?
If you order a product that has the status 'In Stock', this means you can expect delivery 48 hours from your purchase. If you order a product that has the status of 'Available to Order' this has a slightly longer lead time, and you should receive your order 7-10 working days after your purchase.
When will large furniture or equipment be delivered?
Deliveries of large furniture or equipment will arrive on pallets and be delivered to your door, however due to the current Covid 19 guidelines, these will not be taken inside. Also, certain equipment such as hoists and beds will require self-assembly.
