Returns

Goods may be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receipt if they have not been worn, used or damaged and are still in their original unopened packaging.  Only upon receipt of the goods back with ourselves in a saleable condition will we issue a refund for the goods.  The cost of the return postage will not be refunded.  Please ensure you include details of your name, address and telephone number with any returns.

In the unfortunate event that Medirite Care Supplies has incorrectly delivered goods, please contact Customer Services and we will discuss arranging for the goods to be uplifted.
